Communications Design

Online/printed brochures, advertisements, social media posts, etc.

yufin

Below are some designs I’ve conceptualized and executed as a Creative Lead in yufin. Varying from printed to online communication materials to better promote our products and services. By maximizing the power of social media, I explore different ways to promote whether thru animated videos or still posts.

Amtech

In my first full-time job I worked as a junior brand designer working with New Zealand clients like Amtech. Amtech is a wholesale and retail distributor of healthcare, medical and dental products. My experience working with them made me appreciate and take graphic design more seriously. I worked on a variety of graphics like presentations, print designs, product catalogues, etc., and even got to try UI/UX web design for a program they were preparing for healthcare workers, but I didn't get to focus on that project alone since it was a very new niche for me. However, that pushed me to be more curious and learn more about UI/UX, which is what I'm currently trying to pursue and specialize on.

More of my designs for Amtech can be seen under Editorial section.

Fluentpet

Here are also some of the printed and online marketing collateral designs I made for Fluentpet. I always make sure designs on each campaign we run won’t look repetitive so I research design trends that I think would mostly fit the audience we’re running the campaign for.

For example: We had a campaign for the elderly who can now mostly spend their time with their pets. I designed the adverts in retro style with the main image and bold texts on white negative space, enough to draw their attention.

This was one of my favorite college group plate where each group was tasked to create communication materials regarding the topic of Child Exploitation. Our group decided to cover the demographic of middle-aged parents for our research.

We conducted research by interviewing parents and brainstormed on how and what materials would be able to reach our target audience. The kit should be able to convey information that would help aid them on orienting their children regarding child exploitation. I was the one tasked to create the sticker sheet included in the kit. We were also able to present this project to Plan International Philippines, which then prompted them to collaborate with our group in the overall design concept for their campaign “Cyber Talino” in 2019.
